All international orders are charged at a standard flat rate of $9 which will be shipped via FedEx, UPS Express, DPD or another shipping carrier based on your country. All charges are in USD.


Once your order has been placed, your tracking number will be sent to your e-mail in the next 3-5 business days. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated and displayed on the logistics side. If you are still not able to see any tracking information, please contact us for assistance. 


Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may vary by country. Slipperslab is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office.


We offer international returns of items that have not been worn up to 3 days from the date you received your order. After this time, applications will no longer be accepted. 

Please note that for international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy


Slipperslab is not responsible for orders that are placed with incorrect addresses. If an error was made on the address, please contact us immediately to change it before your order gets shipped out. We cannot guarantee that we can change your address, but the quicker you contact us, the more likely we will be able to make that change.

Please make sure your billing information is input correctly at the time of checkout. In the event that your billing information is input incorrectly, your order may be delayed if additional information is needed. The customer is responsible for any additional costs for rescheduling the shipment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.


During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched. In addition, please be aware that there could be delivery delays from the shipping carriers during the holiday period due to the a high volume of parcels, which Slipperslab has no control over. 

The company is not responsible for delays caused by: government restrictions, traffic stoppages, unfavorable weather conditions and other incidents that may delay the orders.
