REFUND POLICY

We are happy to accept international returns of any items that have not been worn up to 7 days from the date you received your order. After this time, applications will no longer be accepted. If once you received your order and wish to return it, please reach out to info@roundtripbags.com and we will accommodate your request.  

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Products must not have dirt, marks, scent of perfume or detergent. Roundtrip reserves the right to reject any request for return and refunds if the conditions described above are not met.

Once your return is received back at our warehouse, inspected and approved, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.

DAMAGES

If you’ve received a product that is non-working due to damage during shipping process, please contact our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Roundtrip is not liable for any products that are damaged (ie. ripped, torn, broken) after being worn, therefore we do not refund, exchange or replace if the damage is due to customer's negligence.

LOST AND STOLEN ORDERS

In the event of any lost or stolen package, please contact us within 45 days of shipment so we can investigate the issue with the shipping company. Roundtrip will not be responsible for refunds or reshipments for any claims made after this date

Please note Roundtrip is not responsible for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. We do not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.

CONSIDERATIONS

Purchases made in any type of promotion, sale or occasional discount are final sale and are NOT eligible for exchanges or returns.

Please note that for international returns the return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Roundtrip is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
